1 Minute Mindfulness Exercises

  • Mindfulness of Tasks

    Pick a few tasks every day that you intend to bring a mindful attention to. Since they're things you already do, like brushing your teeth or washing dishes, it takes no extra time!

  • Mindful Transitions

    Practice a mindful pause and check in during transition moments throughout the day.

    Ex: When you're entering a new space, going from sitting to standing, closing the car door, ending the work day, etc.

  • Mindful Breathing

    Set the timer for one minute and focus on your breath for that one minute. You can sprinkle this in throughout your day.
